We offer worldwide shipping on all Ariella Jewelry orders.

United Kingdom: 6–10 working days
United States: 6–12 working days
Australia: 7–14 working days
Canada: 7–14 working days
Europe: 7–15 working days
Rest of the world: 10–15 working days
Shipping Information
All orders are shipped with tracked delivery. Orders are usually processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 24–48 hours after being placed.
Please note that shipping times may be affected during busy periods, holidays, or courier delays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Late or Lost Orders
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Ariella Jewelry is not responsible for missing parcels caused by an incorrect address, incomplete delivery details, or delivery requests made directly with the courier, such as leaving the parcel with a neighbor or in a safe place.

Returns
We offer a 30-day exchange or refund policy from the date your order is delivered.
Please note that Ariella Jewelry is not responsible for customs charges, import duties, taxes, or return shipping costs. All costs related to returning your order are the customer’s responsibility.
We strongly recommend using tracked shipping or obtaining proof of postage when returning an item, as we cannot refund or exchange lost returns.
Orders returned after the 30-day return window may be sent back to the customer.
How to Request an Exchange or Refund

The reason for your return or exchange
A clear photo of the item, if there is an issue
Your full name and email used at checkout
To qualify for a refund or exchange:
Items must be unworn, except for trying on
Items must be returned in their original condition
All tags and packaging must be included
Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible
Exchange Policy
You may request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn and returned in its original packaging.
We will cover the cost of the first exchange from our warehouse. Any additional exchanges may require the customer to cover delivery costs.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected at our warehouse.
Please allow 7–14 days from the date your return is delivered for the refund to be processed. You will receive a confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Refunds can only be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Additional Costs
Ariella Jewelry is not responsible for customs charges, import duties, taxes, or any other additional costs related to returns.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using tracked shipping or keeping proof of postage, as we cannot refund lost returns.
Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at ariellajewellery@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
