We stand behind the quality of our jewelry. If your item arrives defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us so we can review the issue and offer the best solution.


Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date your order is delivered. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. This policy applies only to original orders and does not apply to items that have already been exchanged.


To request a return, please email us at ariellajewellery@gmail.com with the subject line “Return.” In your email, include your order number, a short explanation of the issue, and a clear photo of the item in its original packaging. This helps us review any quality, damage, or sizing concerns as quickly as possible.


To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with all original tags or packaging included.


Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by Ariella Jewelry and are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived defective or damaged.
